A disturbing video on social media<\/a> shows an incident during an online class. In the clip, a student is heard proposing to the teacher conducting the session and insisting she marry him.<\/p>\n

The video<\/a> was posted on the Instagram page tv1indialive. In the video, the teacher asks a student to go on with his question. The student first asks, \u201cAre you married?\u201d When the teacher calmly replies, \u201cNo,\u201d he goes on to say, \u201cThen, I love you, ma\u2019am.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The teacher replies, \u201cDear, for that purpose, I love you all.\u201d Interrupting his teacher, the student continues, \u201cWill you marry me?\u201d<\/p>\n

The video has gone viral with over 1.4 million views – and the numbers are only increasing. The post’s comments section is filled with reactions labelling the clip as \u201cshameful\u201d and \u201cimproper.\u201d<\/p>\n

What did Instagram users say about this video?<\/h2>\n

An individual wrote, \u201cThis is not funny at all, shame on you.\u201d Expressing the same sentiment, another added, \u201cThis is not funny at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe handles with respect,\u201d commented a third. \u201cTeachers shouldn\u2019t entertain such questions at all irrespective of gender and these male students and their parents should be ashamed of themselves. Hope she files a defamation lawsuit against them,\u201d expressed a fourth. Others also advised that the teacher should get the parents involved.<\/p>\n

In an earlier incident, a text exchange<\/a> between a Class 8 student and a teacher raised eyebrows. A screenshot shows them talking about the student\u2019s workout routine.<\/p>\n

The class 8 students shared a picture of a page with different exercises, such as crunches, high knees, planks, and more, written on it. He also mentioned needing larger sizes of clothing due to regular exercises.<\/p>\n
