King Charles<\/a> shares a rather odd pen pal with whom he shares a passion for environmental conservation.<\/p>\n

In her new memoir, Melania Trump<\/a> wrote of her relationship with the King of England<\/a>, who she first met in 2005.<\/p>\n

The pair are said to have reconnected in 2019 when Donald and Melania paid a state visit to the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Melania wrote: \u2018This time we engaged in an interesting conversation about his deep-rooted commitment to environmental conservation.\u2019<\/p>\n

Melania\u2019s new book touches on her childhood in Slovenia, her work as a model and her later marriage to Donald.<\/p>\n

The Trumps are rumoured to have a good relationship with the royal family \u2013 though one royal author claimed the late Queen wasn\u2019t fond of Donald.<\/p>\n

The claims have been made by Craig Brown in his book \u2018A Voyage Around The Queen\u2019, and also claims Elizabeth believed Trump and his wife Melania had \u2018some sort of arrangement\u2019.<\/p>\n

A portion of Brown\u2019s book, published in the\u00a0Daily Mail,\u00a0<\/a>read: \u2018A few weeks after President Trump\u2019s visit, for instance, she confided in one lunch guest that she found him \u201cvery rude\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u2018She particularly disliked the way he couldn\u2019t stop looking over her shoulder, as though in search of others more interesting.<\/p>\n

\u2018She also believed President Trump \u201cmust have some sort of arrangement\u201d with his wife Melania, or else why would she have remained married to him?\u2019<\/p>\n

Trump was hosted by the Queen multiple times, but only once for\u00a0an official state visit in 2019.<\/a><\/p>\n

Yesterday, King Charles made a major announcement about his cancer treatment. <\/p>\n

He said he will pause his cancer treatment during his high-profile tour to Australia next week.<\/a><\/p>\n

Royal doctors gave Charles, 75, permission to briefly halt the weekly cycle in order to fly around the world for his key visit which is followed by a state visit to Samoa.<\/p>\n

The monarch, who was diagnosed with an\u00a0undisclosed form of the disease in February<\/a>, will receive treatment up until his departure, and resume the outpatient appointments when he returns to the UK, the Daily Mail reported.<\/p>\n

He will be away for 11 days, with the tour covering nine days with two days of travel either side, and his entourage will include, as is usual for Charles\u2019s official overseas visits, his doctor.<\/p>\n
